By browsing, accessing or using the website or any services which PNKids has provided, you hereby indicate that you agree and accept to these terms and conditions and that you agree to abide by them. 8. Prohibitions and prevention of usage: you shall not misuse the website. 11. How to register with PNKids Club, you need to supply us with your name, contact details, children’s information, email, that is required and/or necessary. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information in any registration of the website and to maintain up-to-date information which is true, accurate, current and complete at all times by making changes, additions or deletions to your user account, as required. You shall not misuse the website by creating multiple user accounts and we reserve the right to decline a new registration or to cancel a registered account at any time if we may deem fit. By submitting your personal information to register, you acknowledge that you agree and accept our personal data notice and expressly consent to authorize us to process your personal data for such purposes as set out in the notice.

12. For password, once you register with the website, you must keep the password confidential and immediately notify us if any authorized third party becomes aware of the password or if there is any unauthorized use of your email address or your account or any breach of security known to you. You agree that any person to whom your username or password is disclosed is authorized to act as your agent for the purposes of using your account. Please note that you are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password.

We reserve the right to close your account if you are seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple registration accounts, or disrupts the website or the services in any way.

15. If you use multiple logins or accounts for the purpose of disrupting a community or annoying other users, we reserve the right to take any action which we deem fit against your account, your use of the website and/or any of the services.

16. Email as a condition of the booking. We reserve the right to send you and administrative and promotional emails. We may also send you information regarding your account activity and purchases, as well as updates about the website, the services, the booking as well as any other promotional offers. You are able to opt-out of receiving our promotional emails or to unsubscribe such information at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of such email correspondence.

17. For booking or any purchasing. Purchase acceptance and completion of the contract between you and the 3rd party. PNKids will not be involved in any transaction for payment. For any doubt, 3rd party of its promotion is entitled to refuse or cancel any purchase without giving any reasons for the same to you prior to the issue of the confirmation of the transaction.

18. 3rd Party partners can determine whether the voucher, promo code, events and others that can be combined with any other promotions, vouchers, third party certificates or coupons if 3rd party has any to be given away.

19. PNKids Club nor the 3rd party partners won’t respond if there is any loss of booking/payment from members themselves.

20. You warrant and undertake that all information provided for register and/or in relation to the creation of your account is true, complete and accurate and that you will promptly inform us of any changes to such information by updating the details in your account.

21. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through the website or the service meet your specific requirements.

22. You are not allowed to send or receive any material which is threatening, grossly offensive, of an indecent, obscene or menacing character, blasphemous or defamatory of any person, in contempt of court or in breach of confidence, copyright, right of personality, publicity or privacy or any other third-party rights.

23. About the website, we will use reasonable endeavors to correct any errors or omissions as soon as possible after being notified of them. However, we do not guarantee that the services or the website will be free of faults or promotions that as error and we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions. We will attempt to restore such access as soon as we reasonably can. We assume no responsibility for functionality which is dependent on your browser or other third-party software to operate (including, without limitation). 26. PNKids Club reserve the right to block access to and/or to edit or remove any material which in our reasonable opinion may give rise to a breach of any of these terms and conditions.

We may also use and process your personal data for the following marketing and promotion purposes which to send you information, alerts, newsletters, updates, promotional materials, special privileges announcements on products, services, upcoming contest, events, activities, promotion, campaigns, polls or surveys offered and organized by us and/or our selected third parties (business/marketing partners, sponsors, advertisers) which may be of interest to you. Along with seasonal/festive greeting or messages, and notify and invite you to events or activities organized by us and/or our selected third parties (business/marketing partners, sponsors, advertisers) which may be of interest to you.

29. All trademarks, service marks, copyrights that are displayed throughout the website are sole and exclusive of the company property. Unless prior written consent or permission is granted by the company, any/all of the trademarks, service marks, copyright and logos which are displayed throughout the website and mobile application, no license or right is granted to any party accessing the platform to use, download, reproduce, copy or modify such trademarks, services marks or logos. Similarly, unless the prior written consent from the company or the relevant proprietor has been obtained, no such trademark, service mark or logo may be used as a link or to mark any link to the website or any other site.
